 Change of Address

Split Shipping

Sometimes we may split shipping in 2-3 or more shipments depending on the customer orders and stock availability. In case of split shipment please note that shipping times may vary for later shipments.

All Orders are shipped after confirmed payment received.

Standard Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery Time = 2 Days (Processing Time) + Carrier Time ( 3-5 Days)

We have a strict quality control and it may take generally 2 working days as processing time after receiving the confirmed payment.

In case of out of stock or size issue, the shipping can get delayed more than 4-10 days due to the time is taken to communicate with buyers and getting replacement confirmation.

We try our best to display the size of each item and request our customers to have a look at sizing table for each item before placing the order. Otherwise, it can only result in extra shipping delays because we truly care our valued buyers and our mission is to give them the best of class products along with service and let them enjoy the pleasant, happy and satisfied shopping experience.

Tracking

After the order is shipped out, the customer will get an email notification with tracking information. Sometimes the shipping carrier may take 1-2 days to update tracking status, so please check back after 24-48 hours.

Our qualified shipping team follow each and every order and constantly update the customer on their shipping status.

Please bear in mind that in case of size/color change replacements may take more than usual delivery times due to the process it takes to communicate with customers and getting their confirmation of replacements OR change of items.

Tax duties as per country's policy

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes imposed on the package at customs, these charges are controlled by your country, and zeked has no way to mitigate these.

1. tax/duty is to be paid by the customer as per their country policy, we are not liable for any tax/duty incurred in customer's destination country.

2. If the item returned back to us due to non-acceptance by the customer, we will deduct any tax/duty we pay upon receiving the return and refund the remaining amount

3. If the customer refuses to accept the parcel for tax problem, and the order returned to us, we will deduce any tax/duty paid upon receiving the items and refund remaining.

4. For returns, please write lower value and write RMA no, we will deduct the tax/duty that we pay upon receiving the return and refund the remaining.
